Get your butt in shape! Literally. Being a girl, I realize how important it is to have a nice back end. A lot of women and men would agree that a nice ass is a great physical quality to have. I went on line to find you some gluteus maximus workouts and benefits. They are fairly easy. Try it! Enjoy!

Want to know where to work out at? I have the scoop on two different gyms that I have personally used and believe are awesome. First, is Golds Gym. They are a bit pricey however they have in door and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a sauna. Next, is Freedom Fitness, in which I am a current member of. They have some awe some perks like massage chairs, tanning beds and an affordable rate. So, if you are looking for a gym to start working out at these are two great places to start.
Legs...legs...legs!
Who doesn't want amazing legs? Well, there are a few workoutsat the gym that will keep your legs looking in shape. I recommend using the leg machines that work out your back and front upper leg muscles. You should do at least 3 sets of 20 reps on each leg. Don't forget your calves either.
So, it is a Wednesday here in Tokyo Japan where I am posting your new blog.
Let's talk about workout attire. There are many types of workout gear but for the gym you want something that is going to allow you full range of motion. You will be working out all parts of the body so choose yoga pants madenout nm of cotton. You can choose stretchy material and short sleeves for the most comfort in a shirt. Tennis shoes are the ideal type of shoes.
For your  hair you want to put it up in a bun for girls or at least out of your  face. when you sweather you don't want tour hair on your neck because it will get sweaty and be uncomfortable. For girls, I would recommend not wearing any makeup as you will more than likely sweat it off anyway.

Don’t forget leg day! The most important part of a good looking physique is not just biceps, chest or legs alone. On the contrary, it is actually symmetry that makes the body look good. Don’t end up looking like Barbie legs in the picture above. Rather, work out all parts of your body equally. You should never just focus on one area of the body. Here is a website that can help you focus on arm, back, chest, legs, core and shoulders. It will give you workouts to focus on all parts of your physique.
