Top Ten Gym Rules



We have all been there... We noticed someone didn't re-rack their weights. We've all gotten on an extremely sweaty work out machine... Oh, my goodness, please use a towel! Here is a list of top ten things to remember while at the gym. Enjoy!

Top Ten Gym Rules

  1. If you’re sick stay home
  2. Obey time limits 
  3. Don't be a creeper
  4. Leave the perfume and cologne at home
  5. Don't train right in front of the weights
  6. Respect other peoples desire for quiet
  7. Don't hog the equipment
  8. Unload your weight bar
  9. Re-rack dumbbells
  10. Wipe down the bench and use a towel
  11. Don't block the traffic
